There are moments when fashion ceases to be clothing and becomes a declaration of independence. In this Israeli fashion editorial, Ariel Kocherginsky moves between the immaculate geometry of a modern home and the hard glare of a swimming pool, styled in gowns, almost all of them by Israeli designers, and accessorised with pearls, lace gloves and heels. Through the lens of Victoria Yatz and the styling of Ori Pinchas, familiar codes of masculinity and femininity soften, fracture and are assembled anew, without explanation or permission. This is a visual story of presence, individuality and the courage to choose yourself, even when the world would prefer you to look like everyone else. Because real fashion does not ask you to fit in. It asks only that you be yourself.
